We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous states via UPS or USPS. UPS will not make deliveries to a Post Office Box, therefore you must be able to provide us with a street address.

Damages
At Nature's Favor, we take pride in every package that we ship. The people
in our packing department have many years of experience and have been
complimented by UPS for the job they do. We use lots of packing materials
and sturdy cartons to help assure that your package arrives safely.
Fortunately, due to our efforts, we have had an extremely low number of
damaged packages. However, once our precious packages leave our hands, we
are no longer in control. Should this very rare occurrence happen and you
received any damaged goods, please do the following:
Notify our customer service department within 3 business days after
receiving the package to arrange a refund or replacement.
Please don't throw anything away. Hold on to the shipping carton and all
contents until you speak to us. On a rare occasion, UPS wants to send a
representative out to view the damaged box.
Do not return anything to us without our prior authorization.
Your Mailing Address On Your PayPal Account
We will not accept any responsibility if you have moved and not updated
your address on your PayPal account. We ship to the address that PayPal
provides us with. If the package is delivered to your previous address
and can not be retrieved by UPS, it it the customers responsibility and
loss. If the package is retrieved, additional shipping charges may be
assessed for re-delivery.
Returned Packages
Please make sure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping
address.
If a package is returned to us marked undeliverable by UPS or USPS as a
result of either the customer providing us with an incorrect or
incomplete shipping address or the customer not being home to receive
the package, the customer will be required to pay an additional
shipping and handling charge in order for us to re-ship the package.
This shipping & handling charge will be equal to 2 times the original
shipping charge. This is because UPS charges us when the package is
returned to us and then again when we reship the package to the
customer.
If the customer decides to cancel order, the customer will receive a
refund of the merchandise cost less the original shipping & handling
charge to cover the amount UPS charges us to return the package. In
addition, a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
So, please make sure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping
address.
